Stylistically diverse, chansonesque, even South American pulsating, with his not ingratiating, but all the more insistently gentle voice, Krawczyk fans out his song world reflectively and poetically, very individual, sympathetically peculiar.

Songs and literature are the means of expression of this artist, who has been on stage for four decades and has already experienced a lot that goes beyond the everyday. And so his reflections are not everyday either, although they by no means leave out everyday life. It takes no more than keeping one's eyes and ears open to lend the world view that sound that is neither distracted from the essential by the shouters nor by the silent majority.

Ich lebe auf der Erde, / weil ich hier sterben werde.
Mach nicht so’n Gesicht, / als stürbest du hier nicht.

It is the simple truths that Krawczyk appreciates and that make an evening with him an experience, earthy, airy. He reads from his books, sings his songs and speaks as if it were a matter of course not to let the joy of life be stolen from him - never and by no one.
