About Tatjana Neufeld

Piano lessons at the Braunschweig music school. She subsequently won numerous prizes. In 2011 she received her diploma as a répétiteur and chamber music partner in Leipzig. This was followed by many years of collaboration with singers* in the vocal class of Prof. Berthold Schmid. Tatjana has been working with Andreas Neufeld since 2000, among others at the 11th Bach Festival in Tverj (Russia), at the "Salzburg Easter Festival" and at concert series of the Berlin Philharmonic Orchestra. In 2013 she played at the premiere of the chamber concerts "Klassik im Kessel" with the Rundfunk-Symfonieorchester Berlin at the Kulturbrauerei Berlin with Volker Wieprecht as presenter. In 2017 she founded the "Klassik-Duo" with the violinist Jeroen Dupont in Amsterdam. In the same year the "Klaviertrio Berlin" with Rebekka Markowski and Andreas Neufeld was formed in Berlin. Since June 2019 répétiteur at the Kreismusikschule Gifhorn.

About Andreas Neufeld

Born in 1976 in Krasnodar (Russia), grew up in a musical family and received his first violin lessons at the age of five at the Dnepropetrovsk Music School. Already at that time successful participation in national youth competitions. Important artistic impulses through annual performances as a soloist with the Dnepropetrovsk State Philharmonic Orchestra.

1992-2000 Studies at the Mannheim University of Music with Prof. Roman Nodel
1997 Diploma in orchestral music in Mannheim

2000 Diploma concert exam in Mannheim

In 1992 he won the first prize at the regional competition "Jugend musiziert".
1996 2nd prize at the international competition "Ludwig Spohr".
1997 Winner of the "German Music Council Competition".

In the season 1997-1998 concert series "Concerts of Young Artists" (German Music Council).

Participation in international youth orchestras "EUYO" and "Gustav Mahler" (1st Konzert­meister) with world-famous conductors such as C.M. Giulini, Bernhard Haitink, Claudio Abbado, Kurt Sanderling etc.

Autumn 1998 until Feb 2009 he is 1st violinist with the Berliner Philharmoniker

Besides his orchestral activities, Neufeld regularly plays chamber music and is a member of the ensemble "Philharmonische Camerata Berlin" and "Philharmonische Geigen Berlin". With these ensembles he has performed at major international festivals, with soloists such as Misha Maisky, Paul Meyer, Tatjana Vassiljeva, or soloists of the Berlin Philharmonic Orchestra such as Emmanuel Pahud, Albrecht Mayer etc.
